Pastor Dave
Pastor Dave and Tina Muolo met at Central Bible College in Springfield, Missouri and were married in June of 1987. God has blessed them with four wonderful children—Danyel, David, Deion, and Dominic.
Pastor Dave received his BA in Bible and began to feel a call to work with teenagers. They started their ministry working part-time with the youth in a rural church and shortly after God opened the door for full-time ministry.
Pastor Dave and Tina have served as Youth Pastors for 10 years and have seen thousands of teens accept Christ, and many called into full-time ministry.
In May of 1998, God called Pastor Dave and Tina to leave their Youth Ministry of 600 teens to pioneer City Church. In the summer of 1998 God asked Pastor Dave to start a church… and the rest is history. Their heart is to have a church that’s radical, real and relevant to this generation!
May of 2205 saw Pastor Dave receive his Master’s Degree from Faith Bible College and is currently working toward his Doctorate.

A Word From Pastor Dave
Tina and I have been involved in youth ministry for ten years. Our previous pastorship was right here in Kansas City at Sheffield Family Life Center with Dr. Westlake. After that we pioneered a church from June 1998—October 2004 and had several churches that started from our congregation. In October of 2004 we started City Church with a new location at 16th and Walnut here in the heart of Blue Springs. We are a spirit-filled, non-denominational church that is kingdom minded and loves to work city-wide to advance the kingdom of God.
Every church is different and so are we, but we believe God plants people into churches where they can grow and learn to do great things for God. Our DNA at City Church is faith and victory because of what Jesus did on the cross over 2,000 years ago. We see things through the victory over sin, sickness, and poverty (Gal. 3:13-14). We believe that the Devil was defeated and anyone who becomes a child of God has that same victory over the enemy.
